Warranty Policy

Definition of Warranty

Our warranty is a written promise to repair or replace any product that develops a fault due to manufacturing defects.

Some situations are not covered, or only receive limited coverage. See “Warranty Exclusions” below.


Warranty Period

  • 1 Year: All HeadFiesta products (excluding cases, ear tips, and other accessories)
  • 3 Months: Cables and adapters

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
If you encounter an issue, email support@headfiesta.com. If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please reach out via our website headfiesta.com or our Discord channel.

For non-original buyers, please provide the original order number, your contact details, and your shipping address so we can verify warranty eligibility.

For HeadFiesta house-brand products without an order number, we may still offer paid repairs if the item is repairable and not discontinued. In such cases, you will need to cover two-way shipping and repair fees.


Defective Products

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the functionality of your product.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or other user-related issues.

To make a claim:

  1. Email support@headfiesta.com with a clear subject line.
  2. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos and/or videos showing the defect.

If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund (where applicable). In most cases, the faulty unit must be returned before a replacement is sent.

Shipping costs:

  • Within 7 days of delivery: We will cover return shipping if the defect is proven via photo/video.
  • After 7 days: You cover return shipping; we cover repair/replacement and return shipping (excluding any local tax/import/processing fees).

Wrong or Missing Items

When receiving your order, check the condition and contents before signing.
You must take a full unboxing video of the sealed package from all angles to make a claim for wrong or missing items.

If something is wrong/missing:

  1. Email support@headfiesta.com with a clear subject line.
  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos and the unboxing video showing the parcel and shipping label clearly.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund. For incorrect items, we will decide if the wrong item needs to be returned.


Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, negligence, disassembly, water damage, improper installation, or modifications
  • Giveaway or prize items
  • Products not purchased from headfiesta.com (contact the original seller)
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes (e.g., discoloration)
  • Failure to follow the User Guide or safety instructions
  • Commercial use
  • Unsupervised use by individuals under 18
  • Damage from weather or natural disasters
  • Lost or stolen products

Limited Warranty

Applies to:

  • Products discounted by 40% or more
  • Review/sample units
  • Products repaired or modified by non-authorized technicians

Limited warranty means we can still repair manufacturing defects within the warranty period, but you cover all shipping costs. If the issue is due to user mishandling, repair fees may also apply. Some repair fees can only be confirmed after inspection.
