Shipping Policy

At HeadFiesta, we offer three international shipping methods that are reliable and easy to track. The final shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be provided during checkout. Please note that the estimated delivery times are not guaranteed due to potential delays caused by postal strikes, severe weather, or global health situations like COVID-19. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

If you suspect your order may be lost in transit and it hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@headfiesta.com. Requests for lost-in-transit orders must be submitted within 3 months of the shipping date, or before the courier archives the tracking information.

Shipping Options

Option 1: Express Shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx/Aramex/SF, etc.)

Free Express Shipping on orders over $500.
Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
Includes detailed tracking and delivery confirmation.

Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for any applicable duty and tax charges. If you refuse to pay the duty, we will deduct the return freight cost from your refund (this includes triple the freight cost for product return).
Remote areas may incur an additional charge of US$35. If your location is considered remote, shipping may be delayed. If unsure, please contact us to confirm.
Shipping addresses must be 30-40 characters long.

Option 2: Premium Shipping (6-10 days, All Taxes and Duties Paid)

All taxes and duties are prepaid by HeadFiesta, so you won’t have to pay anything upon delivery.
Available in: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, United States, Australia, Canada.
Estimated delivery time: 6-10 business days.

Note: Shipping addresses must be 30-40 characters long.

Option 3: Priority Shipping (1-3 weeks, All Taxes and Duties Paid)

For select countries, taxes and duties are prepaid by HeadFiesta.
Free Shipping on orders over $99.99 in the US, $50 in Europe.
Estimated delivery time:
- United States: 1-2 weeks, average 10 days.
- Canada/Mexico/Colombia: 2-3 weeks.
- France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain: 1-2 weeks, average 10 days.
- Other European countries: 1-3 weeks, average 2 weeks.
- Russia: 4-10 weeks (Free shipping on orders over $300, maximum package weight 2kg).

Option 4: Standard Shipping - Yanwen Express

Available in South Korea and India.
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 weeks.
Does not cover taxes and duties.
Free shipping on orders over $50 in South Korea and $99.99 in India.

Track Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Taxes & Duties

Express Shipping: You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties. We generally declare a lower item value. If you have a specific value request, leave us a message.
Priority & Premium Shipping: All taxes and duties are paid by HeadFiesta.

Stock & Packaging

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in China within 1-3 business days. Some items may take longer to process, and we will notify you with the expected delivery time.
We will ship products with the appropriate power voltage and adapter for your country. Please contact us if your requirement differs.
